Sofia Serpentzis
As Boss Clinic’s Medical Receptionist, Sofia is often the first person patients meet, and she takes real pride in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience from the moment they arrive. Over the past year and a half she has worked closely with clients attending for a wide range of concerns, including thinning, excessive shedding, hormonal and hereditary hair loss, alopecia, scalp irritation and sensitivity, and general scalp health, as well as those coming in for preventative treatments, transplant consultations, and aftercare. Working alongside the clinical team has given her a strong understanding of the different conditions and treatment pathways patients move through.
Sofia knows that many people feel anxious or vulnerable when seeking help for hair loss, so she focuses on creating a calm, friendly environment where patients feel listened to and never judged. She greets everyone with a smile, checks in while they wait, and offers clear information so they feel confident about their next steps. What she enjoys most is being part of a compassionate, hard-working team and seeing the positive impact treatment has on a person’s confidence and wellbeing. She is also keen to remind people of a common misconception: hair loss does not only affect men. Many women experience thinning and shedding too, and no one should feel isolated or embarrassed about it.
