Kimmie brings three years of dedicated experience in the hair loss industry, specialising in hair transplant procedures, on top of twelve years in hairdressing where she developed an extensive understanding of hair and scalp care.
Her hands-on background spans assisting with hair transplant procedures, conducting scalp and hair assessments, and supporting clients through every stage of their treatment journey. As Clinical Manager and Transplant Coordinator, she guides transplant patients before their procedure, on the day, and through post-operative care so they always feel informed, understood, and supported.
For Kimmie, the most important thing is making sure no patient ever feels alone. She knows hair loss affects everyone differently, and she believes kindness and genuine understanding can make an enormous difference to a person’s journey.
What she loves most is watching how the work transforms people’s confidence, eases their anxiety, and changes their lives for the better.
