Colette has worked in the hair loss industry on and off for the past 22 years since arriving in Australia, training under a trichologist and collaborating with numerous general practitioners and surgeons along the way. She is confident and capable in the consulting room, whether she is meeting a new client for the first time or supporting someone she has known for years.
Direct and deeply passionate, she helps clients understand their best options and guides them through and well beyond their journey, whether the goal is to regrow, stabilise, boost, or transplant their hair, always aiming for the best possible outcome.
Colette sees hair loss in all its forms, from alopecia and telogen effluvium to pre and post transplant care, and she understands how emotional and discerning that experience can be. She takes time to learn each client’s story, listening to their concerns and what they hope to achieve, then explains the process clearly, including the use of the microscopic camera and the evidence-based treatment options available.
She leaves plenty of room for open discussion and questions, because she believes patients deserve to feel listened to, heard, educated honestly, and guided with confidence toward realistic expectations.
